Outside of the online booking described below, the only occasion where you are required to transmit personal data is when sending the contact form, which collects your surname, first name, email address, telephone number, and your message (optional field). Outside of these cases, your navigation on the site is not subject to any collection of information.
Purpose and legal basis. This information is used solely to process your request and respond to you. It is not subject to any commercial prospecting and is neither sold, rented, nor transmitted to third parties. The processing is based on your consent, expressed freely when you send us your message, as well as on the preliminary steps taken at your request.
Recipients and hosting. Your data is exclusively intended for the Hôtel Cosmos team responsible for responding to your request. Messages are routed to a professional email inbox hosted by OVH, whose servers are located in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Online booking. To book a room or request a quote for a reception room, you are redirected to Mews, our online booking solution, which opens in a new window. The data you enter there is processed on behalf of Hôtel Cosmos in order to manage your request. Mews acts as a sub-processor and hosts this data within the European Union. The processing carried out on this platform is also governed by the Mews privacy policy.
Retention period. Your data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then deleted no later than three years after our last exchange, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.
Your rights. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Loi Informatique et Libertés, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing, and portability regarding your data. To exercise these rights, write to direction@hotelcosmoscontrexeville.fr or by post to the registered office address. We will respond to you within a maximum of one month.
