Data Collected. This is a showcase website. Apart from the online reservation described below, the only time you are required to provide us with personal data is when you submit the contact form, which collects your last name, first name, email address, phone number, and message (optional field). Purpose and Legal Basis. This information is used solely to process your request and respond to you. It is not used for any marketing purposes and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The processing is based on your consent, freely given when you send us your message, as well as on the preliminary steps taken at your request.
Recipients and Hosting. Your data is intended exclusively for the team at the Cosmos Hotel responsible for responding to your request. Messages are sent to a business email account hosted by OVH, whose servers are located in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Online Reservations. To reserve a room or request a quote for a banquet hall, you will be redirected to Mews, our online reservation system, which opens in a new window. The data you enter there is processed on behalf of the Cosmos Hotel to manage your request. Mews acts as a data processor and hosts this data within the European Union. Data processing on this platform is also governed by Mews’ privacy policy.
Retention Period. Your data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and is then deleted no later than three years after our last communication, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.
Your Rights. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and request the portability of your data.
