Contrexéville
Comprehensive service for a memorable stay
An iconic place steeped in history

Opened in 1903, the Cosmos is one of the oldest hotels in Contrexéville. It was designed by architect Charles Mewès, famous for the Ritz in Paris and the Carlton in London.
More than a century and several owners later, its Belle Époque charm hasn't lost a bit of its luster.
Since May 1, 2026, three couples who are friends from the area have taken over the hotel, with a simple goal: to ensure the hotel’s long-term success and make it accessible to everyone.
